How We the People must end the War on Human Nature

War on Drugs” is bullshit. It is a War on Human Nature. It is impossible to war on inanimate objects.  It is natural, it is normal, to change our minds, to change our consciousness. It is a basic urge, like hunger, thirst and sex. Every species studied does it. Monkeys and elephants seek fermented fruit; cats get high on catnip; small children spin around until they get dizzy. [Weil, Andrew, M.D. The Natural Mind; Siegel, Ronald K. Ph.D. Intoxication] Surely we have a right cats have? Narc pigs will comment: “You can smoke catnip.” We have the right to smoke anything we like, to do anything we like with anything we like, as long as we don’t violate other people’s rights. Will we use relatively safe plants and substances or toxic ones? The government outlawed relatively safe substances – the Most Useful Plant on the Planet and the Divine Plant of the Incas, neither of which never killed anyone. They had to change the name of Hemp to the “m” word to outlaw it. They encourage us to use toxic substances which they can tax. Substances which kill over half a million people every year. Deep Throat urged, “Follow the money.” The Partnership for a Drug-Free America is financed by the alcohol, tobacco and pharmaceutical industries.
“The basic tool for the manipulation of reality is the manipulation of words. If you can control the words people use, you can control the people who must use the words.” Philip K. Dick We must stop using the government’s rhetoric – ProhibitionSpeak – starting with the “m” word, and start using We the People’s FreeSpeak.

We must understand and demand our Rights. Our country was a Republic. “What kind of government have you given us, Doctor Franklin?” “A Republic, madam, if you can keep it.” It quickly degenerated into an oligarchy (power by the few.) It never was a democracy. The word democracy does not appear anywhere in the Declaration of Independence, Constitution, or Bill of Rights. People use the word democracy when they mean freedom and liberty. A democracy is majority rule, majority rule which often becomes mob rule. In a republic there is a cushion – Congress or an Electoral College – between the mob and the ruler. Plato’s Republic was a Police State. We have a Supreme Court to interpret the Constitution. More and more it has been “interpreting” in favor of the government or Corporate Amerika. Decisions should be made in favor of We the People or individuals. The Supreme Court is not supreme. We the People are Supreme – or should be.

Most state Constitutions spell out the rights of the individual. “All persons [not “All men; ” not “All men and women;” “All persons,” which includes homosexuals] are by nature free and independent, and have certain natural and unalienable Rights, among which are those of enjoying and defending life and liberty, of acquiring, possessing, and protecting property, and of pursuing and obtaining safety and happiness.” (New Jersey State Constitution) Who could ask for anything more? Note obtaining. This is better than the Declaration of Independence which proclaims only our right to the pursuit of happiness. Note also there is no guarantee we will find it.

Prohibition is unconstitutional. People know Prohibition of Cannabis is bullshit. Too many of us are apathetic or Puritans. H. L. Mencken defined Puritan as someone haunted by the fear that somewhere, someone may be happy.  We need to get people  involved.  Just say No . . . more Prohibition. A generation ago We the People ended a war. Enough of us did enough. By any means necessary. We can, we should learn from the past. The Nazis required Jews to wear yellow stars. Danish gentiles also wore them in sympathy. Now we have Post-its®. What if Americans started wearing them to indicate our opposition to the War on Human Nature and other wars on We the People? General Alexander Haig said: “They can protest all they like as long as they pay their taxes.” What does that say to you?  To stop a cancer, stop feeding it with money. Stop feeding our Prohibitionist Gestapo and those who make war.
The former Land of the Free has gone from the Spirit of ’76 to Orwell’s 1984 Police State, one of the few in the world. We can end it. We MUST end it.
